Beef Manchurian Chinese



Beef Manchurian  is delicious non vegetarian Chinese recipe famous side dish in restarents.

Beef                                  –    500 gms
Corn flour                        – 1/2 cup
Maida                                 – 1/2 cup
Egg                                     – 1 (beaten)
Ginger garlic paste     – 1 tsp
Chilly powder               – 1 tsp
Chopped onion            – 1 cup
Garlic                                – 1 clove (chopped)
Ginger                             – 1 inch piece (finely chopped)
Chilly sauce                  – 1  tsp
Soya sauce                    – 2tsp
Tomato ketchup         – 3-4 tsp
Green chilly                  – 5 no.s
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Combine ginger garlic paste, egg, corn flour, maida, chilly powder and salt with a little water.
Marinate beef pieces in to the paste and mix well.
Deep fry marinated beef pieces in oil.
Pour some oil in a pan and put garlic , ginger, chopped onion.
Saute till brown color.
Add chilly sauce, soya sauce , tomato sauce and stir well.
Lower the fried  pieces in to the pan and mix well.
Add cilantro leaves.
Serve hot.
