- King fish slices – 500g.
- Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Turmeric powder -1 tsp.
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
- Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp.
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp.
- Oil – 4 tbsp.
- Salt for taste.
- Wash the fish with salt and turmeric.
- Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.
- Then add the lemon juice and ketchup mix everything together.
- Apply the masala on the fish.
- Place the pan and pour the oil.
- After the oil is hot place the fish on the pan let the fish fry for 3 mins.
- After 3 mins flip the fish to another side and let them cook for 3 min keep the flame low.
- After 3 mins off the flame and transfer to the plate.
- Delicious King Fish Fry is ready.
