King Fish Fry (Dry)

King Fish Fry is a delicious side dish for any kind of food and King Fish is the best dish in She Foods Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • King fish slices – 500g.
  • Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • Turmeric powder -1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp.
  • Pepper powder – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil – 4 tbsp.
  • Salt for taste.

METHOD:

  1. Wash the fish with salt and turmeric.
  2. Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. Then add the lemon juice and ketchup mix everything together.
  4. Apply the masala on the fish.
  5. Place the pan and pour the oil.
  6. After the oil is hot place the fish on the pan let the fish fry for 3 mins.
  7. After 3 mins flip the fish to another side and let them cook for 3 min keep the flame low.
  8. After 3 mins off the flame and transfer to the plate.
  9. Delicious King Fish Fry is ready.
