Kurkure India’s much loved tea-time snack brand but Kurkure Chaat is healthy snacks. So a combination of kurkure and other veggies make it more healthier.
- 1 pack Kurkure crushed
- 2 tbsp – Chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp – Chopped spring onion
- 2 tbsp – Chopped cabbage
- 1 medium green chili chopped
- 2 tbsp – Fresh coriander chopped
- 2 tbsp – Malmal sev
- 1 tbsp – Roasted namkin chana dal
- 1 tbsp – Salted peanuts
- 3 tbsp – Sweet mango chuttny
- 1 tbsp – Lime juice
- Salt and chaat masala to taste
- Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Keep aside some coriander and sev for garnishing.
- Remove on serving plate and garnish.
