To prepare Restaurant Style Gobi Matar Masala

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cauliflower – 1
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
  • Coriander leaves
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

FOR GRINDING:

  • Onions – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Cumin seeds -1 tspn
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tspn
  • Green chilli – 6
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt

FOR CLEANING:

  • Cauliflower – 1
  • Warm water
  • Turmeric powder – 2 sp
  • Salt

METHOD:

  1. Add oil in a kadai and then cumin seeds,g.chilli,ginger garlic paste,onion,tomato,turmeric powder and toss well until it’s well cooked
  2. Allow it cool and grind into fine paste.
  3. Clean the cauliflower with warm water,turmeric and some salt
  4. In the same kadai add oil add cumin seeds,cauliflower and a pinch of turmeric
  5. Toss it well until it became light brown and then add grinded masala on it
  6. And water then season with some salt now you cover it with lid
  7. Now became to boil, the yummy Gobi Mater Masala is ready
  8. It’s best match with the romali roti
