Simple Egg Noodles

Simple Egg Noodles is a Chinese favorite recipe easy to prepare and healthy too. And we are using healthy vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, green peas.  But the dish so awesome to eat. This is a healthy dish  mostly like by children.

To prepare Simple Egg Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • Instant noodles – 1 packet
  • Butter – 25 gms
  • Oil – 3 spn
  • Egg – 4
  • Carrot, beans, cabbage – 100 gms (chopped)
  • Pepper powder – 2 tspn
  • Garlic – 4 (minced)
  • Capsicum – 1/2 (chopped)
  • Corainder leaf – as required
  • Chinese seasoning – 2 tspn
  • Salt – as required

METHOD :

  1. In a kadai add oil then break the eggs and add it with pinch of salt and pepper…
  2. Scramble it well, till the egg is completely cooked.. keep aside.
  3. In nonstick kadai add butter, minced garlic saute it.
  4. Then add in chopped onion and capsicum fry them..
  5. Now add all the veggies and salt till them to cook for 5 mins.
  6. Keep in high flame and stir well then again simmer..
  7. Till the veggies gets mixed evenly..
  8. Then add the scrambled eggs, which we have done before
  9. Now add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  10. Add boiled and drained noodles to the pan and mix well with veggies..
  11. Toss the noodles for 2 mins.. switch off the flame.
  12. Now the yummy noodles is ready!
  13. Serve and enjoy it.
