Simple Healthy Veg Soup is a healthy soup recipe very easy to prepare. It’s also good for sick person fells very energetic. Now the tasty soup is ready to enjoy.
To prepare Healthy Veg Soup
- Carrot – 50 grms
- Beans – 50 grms
- Cabbage – 50 grms
- Green peas – 10
- Salt – 1 spn
- Corn flour – 1 spn
- Sugar – 1 spn
- Amchoor powder – 1 pinch
- White pepper – 1 spn
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil – 1 spn
- Ajinomoto – 1 spn
- In a pan add oil and all the veggies, salt, sugar, Amchoor powder and saute it well in the oil.
- After fry it add some water and milk allow to cook for 6 – 8 mins until the veggies cooked.
- And now add corn flour and some water on it and mix it that no lums should formed.
- Now pour it into the soup and boil it for 3 mins.
- When the dish is in soup consistency, off the stove and add white pepper and Ajinomoto to that, mix well and serve hot.
- The tasty Healthy Veg Soup is ready.
