Simple Healthy Veg Soup

Simple Healthy Veg Soup is a healthy soup recipe very easy to prepare. It’s also good for sick person fells very energetic. Now the tasty soup is ready to enjoy.

To prepare Healthy Veg Soup

INGREDIENTS :

  • Carrot – 50 grms
  • Beans – 50 grms
  • Cabbage – 50 grms
  • Green peas – 10
  • Salt – 1 spn
  • Corn flour – 1 spn
  • Sugar – 1 spn
  • Amchoor powder – 1 pinch
  • White pepper – 1 spn
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil – 1 spn
  • Ajinomoto – 1 spn

METHOD :

  1. In a pan add oil and all the veggies, salt, sugar, Amchoor powder and saute it well in the oil.
  2. After fry it add some water and milk allow to cook for 6 – 8 mins until the veggies cooked.
  3. And now add corn flour and some water on it and mix it that no lums should formed.
  4. Now pour it into the soup and boil it for 3 mins.
  5. When the dish is in soup consistency, off the stove and add white pepper and Ajinomoto  to that, mix well and serve hot.
  6. The tasty Healthy Veg Soup is ready.
