Tuna Salad Veg Salad

Tuna Salad Veg Salad is a easy healthy diet food for lunch without cholesterol and carbohydrates. If you want to slim and trim your belly its a best food at least take weekly twice as lunch.

Ingredients:

  • White meat Tuna
  • Green Capsicum
  • Red Capsicum
  • Iceberg
  • Carrot
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Red Cabbage
  • Parsley Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Olive
  • Virgin Olive Oil

Method: 

  1. Open the Tuna container and drain the water from it. No need to cook or fry Tuna.
  2. Chop all the vegetable in to small pieces  and mix all vegetable in a bowl.
  3. Add some Olives and Virgin Olive Oil.
  4. Healthy Tuna Veg Salad is ready
