Chicken Satay

Chicken Satay is a very popular recipe in Malaysia. This delicious dish is available with Peanut Sauce in all hotels in Malaysia and also available at Hotel Pelita Nasi Kandar in Chennai

  • 800 gm Chicken
  • 8 Garlic flakes
  • 4 tsp Coriander
  • 4 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup shoyu
  • 1 Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
  • Mix lime juice, chopped garlic, coriander, black pepper, ginger and brown sugar.
  • Cut chicken into pieces.
  • Add chicken pieces to the prepared mixture.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken pieces onto one end of satay sticks.
  • Broil well.
  • Serve with peanut sauce.
