Lollipop Chicken


Lollipop Chicken is a favorite non veg dish served in most of the restaurants as starter. It is delicious and easy to prepare and kids love it.

To prepare Lollipop Chicken


  • Chicken leg – 6
  • Ginger garlic paste – 3 spn
  • Chilli powder – 2 spn
  • Corn flour powder – 2 spn
  • Maida – 1 tspn
  • Rice flour – 1spn
  • Red food colour – 1/2 tspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil for frying


  1. In a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and all the flour
  2. And now salt, red colour and then mix it well along with the chicken
  3. Maginate the chicken for 20 mins
  4. In a kadai add oil to heat and add chicken one by one into the oil
  5. And deep fry the chicken untill it became crispy
  6. Now crispy Lollipop Chicken is ready
