Mushroom Fry – Health and Simple

Mushroom Fry

Ingredients :

Mushroom — 8 oz (chopped)
Onion — 1 onion (finely chopped)
Tomato — 1 (finely chopped)
Red chilly powder — 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder — 1/4 tsp
Salt — to taste
Pepper Powder — 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves — few sprigs

Method :

Slice the mushrooms ,chop the onions and tomatoes. Heat a pan with little bit of oil  and saute the onions well. Then add the tomatoes and saute well. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder ,salt and stir well. Drop in the sliced mushrooms and fry for a while. Mushrooms don’t take time much to cook so keep an eye on the mushroom. U may add a little bit of water if u feel the dish needs it. Just sprinkle little bit of water. Keep it in the medium low and fry until everything comes together.. and serve.
